Andy has been teaching my eldest son hockey since he moved into the team he captains 2 years ago. Andy is great at encouraging them and teaches them new, positive ways of doing things if their other attempts aren’t working out. He’s also great at making sure he encourages them at their own pace and pushes them just enough to take them out of their comfort zone which builds their confidence. My son was a shy lad when he started but he’s really come out of himself and now forms an integral part of the adult team.
